A little bit too ironic

Life is a hoax.

You want something terribly bad, you don't get it.
You don't want it at all, that's when you get it.

You try your best, but efforts are futile.
You give it the least of your efforts, results are worse.

You try to alleviate situations, you end up aggravating them.
You want to mess up, well, you get messed up worse than you expect.

You do something good, people misinterpret them.
You do something bad, well, you're bad.

It's just full of ironies. It's a paradox. It's sarcasm at its finest. It's life. These days, optimism can be a complete waste of time and effort. Like I said, futile efforts.

But like what Alanis clearly pointed out (which totally contricts my whole life-is-a-hoax statement),

You live, you learn.

And this is exactly why I like writing. I'm the only one with the right mind set to understand what my own shit really means. It's amazing how nothing inspires me.

In other news: The weekend was spent in Puerto Del Sol in Bolinao. And last night was spent in EK, yet again.
